Last week I was invited along to Fed Cardiff to trial their new Super Summer menu. When it comes to food I’ve always been a fussy eater so deciding on somewhere to eat out normally means going to the same few places I know I like. I always find it daunting when trying somewhere new to eat but I knew I’d be fine at Fed. Fed have all sorts of culinary options all under one roof from Indian to Italian and everything in between. There is such a wide variety of food available that your bound to find something you like.
I’ve been to a few all you can eat style restaurants in Swansea before but haven’t ever been to anything like Fed. As well as the pre-prepared food you also have the option to have a select dish cooked for you and delivered to your table. Gavin made the most of this and created his own stir fry which was cooked by the chef in front of us.
The selection of food and drink was huge but I didn’t hesitate in heading straight to the Indian section for a curry. It was so good that I was seriously contemplating getting another plate full of it but I decided to try out a few other things instead.
As part of the Super Summer menu Fed also have range of cocktails and mocktails for you to enjoy with your meal. There really is something for everyone.
I was really impressed with the quality of the food and you can definitely get your monies worth. I think it’s a great place to go if you’re with a large group of friends as everyone can get what they want without the long debates on where to eat.
Have you been to Fed before? Is it somewhere you’d like to try?
