Valentines Day is a mere 2 weeks away so boys you better get buying and ladies start dropping massive hints! I’ve compiled a list of some of the items I would love to receive and hopefully it will give some gents and ladies some ideas what to buy this Valentines Day.
Me and my boyfriend normally keep it quite simple, flowers and a card and then a nice meal together at my favourite restaurant. I’m kind of feeling a night in with a DVD this year though. Something low key and chilled out.
1. Lush Two Hearts Valentines Day Gift Box – £17.50
You really can’t go wrong with Lush and they have some really cute valentines day gift boxes this year for all price ranges. My favourite and most reasonable box is the two hearts gift box which contains a bath bomb, soap and bubble bar.
2. Lanson Pink Coated Rose Champagne – £25.00
I do love some bubbles for a special occasion and this one comes in a pink bottle! I’m in love! I think this would be great if you were cooking a meal at home together and for that extra treat.
3. George Home Heart String Lights – £12.00
I actually saw these over on Milk Bubble Tea and thought they were super cute. Perfect for the girl who loves some cute homeware. I really want to get these to go around my dressing table.
4. George Home Cream Heart Wire Waxfill – £4.00
You seriously can never ever go wrong with a gorgeous candle. A bonus for Valentines day is that this candle is in the shape of a heart.
5. Pandora Heart Stacking Ring – £35.00
Pandora is always a winner! This gorgeous ring is very reasonable for Pandora and won’t break the bank this Valentines day. Rings are a bit difficult to get as gifts though unless you know your partners ring size.
6. George Home Natural Polka Dot Heart Cushion – £6.00
I absolutely love this heart shaped cushion. This neutral colour would look great on anyone’s bed. If you don’t live with your other half it’s a great way for them to be reminded of you when your not there.
7. Interflora Six Stolen Kisses Bouquet – £24.99
Every girl loves flowers. For that extra special something have them home delivered or to your other half’s place of work. It will definitely brighten up their day. I had a huge bouquet delivered to my place of work two years ago it definitely made my day of hell in work much, much easier!
8. Thorntons Valentines Heart Chocolate Box – £4.00
Thorntons is great as they offer to add a personal touch to your sweet treats. If you purchase a chocolate heart slab they will write a personal message onto it for you! A great way to say ‘I Love You’
9. Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Eau De Toilette 30ml – £38.50
This perfume smells absolutely amazing and it comes in the cutest bottle ever. Perfumes the same as rings are a little hard to buy unless you know what type of scents the other person likes.
10. Sass & Belle Love Double Photo Frame – £4.25
To make a truly memorable Valentines Day present have some photos printed and include them in this gorgeous Sass & Belle frame. It will be a beautiful keepsake.
11. Benefit High Beam Highlighter – £19.50
I see Benefit as very much a ‘treat’ make-up brand. Their prices are a bit higher than the regular day items so anything from the Benefit range would make a great gift.
12. Jo Malone Red Roses Scent Surround Diffuser – £54.00
This is by far not a cheap product and definitely not something I would indulge in for myself but as a gift for a special occasion I think a Jo Malone Scent Diffuser or candle would be an amazing gift!
What are your plans for Valentines Day? Are you going anywhere nice or just treating it like any other day?
