WEEK 1 – GOPO JOINT HEALTH

So I have now been taking GOPO Joint Health the Rose Hip & Vitamin C supplement for a week. I have been following the packaging and taking the recommended 3 tablets twice daily. It seems like a lot and they are quite big so not the easiest for me to swallow (I’m a wimp with tablets) but I’ve managed it for the past 7 days and haven’t forgotten to take them.

Have I noticed a difference?

YES! 

I was skeptical at first I didn’t really think that this was actually going to benefit me but my god I was so wrong. I epically failed at keeping a diary of my pain each day but I remember on Monday night only 4 days of taking the tablets I realised I hadn’t moaned or whinged to my boyfriend about my neck or back pain. 

The pain has not completely stopped but I haven’t had to take nurofen once this week! Which is a small miracle as I was probably taking paracetamol at least 2-3 times a week. 

By around 4-5PM everyday I would be in a lot of pain and by the time I got home from work at 8PM I would be in agony and a lot of the time I used to end up going straight to bed. I’ve noticed that the pain doesn’t come on at those times anymore and I don’t feel the need to go for a lie down to rest my back or neck.

It’s only been a week but I can’t wait to see what further results I can get if I continue to take the supplements.

I’ve had to avoid any strenuous activity and can’t even hoover the house without a planned lie down. I’m hoping to try some of the activities that have irritated my neck and back in the coming weeks to really put GOPO to the test. If I can hoover a single room in my house without being in pain it really will be a miracle.
