GOPO Joint Health
*GOPO Joint Health

So today in the post I received a 12 week trial of *GOPO Joint Health. I literally couldn’t wait for this to arrive.

I’ve been suffering from severe back and neck pain for over 10 years now. The pain started back when I was in comprehensive school and has got progressively worse over time. I have visited countless doctors who cannot give me a firm diagnosis. I’ve had physiotherapy, had weekly treatments with the chiropractor and even tried acupuncture. None of these have given me any long lasting pain relief.

I now get through the week taking paracetamol when the pain gets too unbearable and end up having to go back to bed to rest. I cannot do a lot of manual work as it aggravates my back, even hoovering the house has become a mammoth task and I end up needing to lie down for a while after doing so.

I’m at a point now where I feel like I have exhausted all avenues. When I saw the advert about GOPO Joint Health I knew I had to try it.

GOPO is clinically proven in some of the most difficult to treat chronic joint conditions. GOPO Joint Health is a unique patented food suplement made from specially cultivated rose-hip and is clinically proven to help maintain joints.

First impressions are that the tablets are pretty big. I’m an absolute wimp at swallowing tablets! But the packaging says that you can either swallow the capsules with water or split the capsule and sprinkle over food. If I epically fail at swallowing them I’m glad that there is an alternative.

I’m going to start taking the recommended dose of 3 capsules twice daily from tomorrow. I’m going to keep a log of the pain I am feeling and whether I have taken any paracetamol that day so I can see how much of an effect the GOPO Joint Health capsules are having.

I’m literally praying for this to be my miracle cure. If this works for me I’m sure it will work for anyone!

    Hello, Did it work?
I have just started taking it for painful osteoarthritis in my neck.

I found it worked really well but the size of the tablets and the amount I had to take was too much for me to keep doing.
